In the Super King room close your eyes to the twinkling lights of the town mirrored across the lake and wake to the sound of birds and the sun rising over the mountain. This room has a super king sized bed, woollen underlay, pure silk duvet and pure cotton bed linen will keep you warm and ensure a wonderful nights sleep, large bathroom with wide views, spa bath and shower, dressing room and deck. Tea/coffee toiletries supplied.

1 Queen Bedroom with Private Ensuite
Located on the garden floor of our 3 storied home, this room is spacious and tastefully decorated. It has 180 degree uninterrupted views across our garden to the lake and beyond with its own TV and radio. An electric blanket, underlay, pure silk duvet and pure cotton bed linen will keep you warm and ensure a wonderful nights sleep. The en-suite features a large shower, quality fittings and heating.

An external entrance allows you to come and go as you please and offers access to a private garden and sheltered patio area just outside your bedroom. Your internal entrance is from the Guest Lounge. The lounge has a single bed, so perfect for a family with one child.

1 King Bedroom with Private Ensuite
This room is located on the main access level of the house. It is tastefully decorated with 180 degree uninterrupted views across our garden to the lake and beyond. It features a large sunny private deck with outdoor furniture where you can relax, catch up with letters to home or business to be done.

An electric blanket, underlay, pure silk duvet and pure cotton bed linen will keep you warm and ensure a wonderful nights sleep. All rooms have their own TVs and shower en-suites.

Guest Lounge
This large comfortable well appointed room is on the lower level overlooking the garden, beach, mountain and lake. Relax on the lounge suite, play the piano or read a book, while enjoying the magnificent views of Lake Taupo.
